You don't have to think of the right question. Plans, Checklist, and Packing each have their own Suggest button that asks the assistant something tailored to exactly where you are.
- Suggest plans looks for gaps in your itinerary and proposes what might fill them.
- Suggest checklist items and Suggest packing items work the same way for those lists.
- Pre-filled, not blank. Each button sends its own tailored prompt, so you never face an empty text box.

The assistant can't edit your trip. Every idea it has comes back as a proposal card - you decide, one at a time, whether it's added.
- Structured, not freeform. A proposal is always one of: add a plan, a checklist item, or a packing item - never anything else.
- Apply adds it exactly like adding it by hand. Dismiss and it's gone, no trace left in your trip.
- Capped per reply, so a single question can't flood your trip with dozens of suggestions.

The assistant is part of RPlan Pro, and it stays off until you turn it on.
- Off by default, per account. One toggle in Account settings turns it on - nothing is sent until you do.
- Secrets safe. Trip data is parsed and all secrets omitted before passing to an AI model.
- No training Data passed to AI is never used for training or development of any kind.
- Scoped to the trip you're asking about. Only that trip's plans, checklist, and packing list are sent along with your question.
