Features

Your whole trip, running on time.

RPlan is built around three parts that work together: your day-by-day Trip, a Map of everywhere you've saved, and reusable Packing lists, plus the smaller things that make planning less annoying.

Trip

Day-by-day itinerary, timezone-aware and cost-tracked.

Map

Every saved place, clustered and routed.

Packing

Reusable bags and items, weighed automatically.

01 · Trip

The itinerary, without the guesswork.

Every trip is a day-by-day plan you can rearrange as it changes, with each item tracking its own time, place, and cost.

  • Rearrange freely. Add an item without committing to a day, then drag it into place once your plan settles.
  • Timezone-aware, per item. Each stop keeps its own local time, even across multi-timezone trips, so a 9am flight always reads as 9am.
  • Cost tracking with auto-conversion. Price an item in any currency; it converts into your trip's base currency and rolls into running day and trip totals.
  • A drag-reorderable checklist, separate from the itinerary, that stamps the date you tick something off.
  • Archive when it's over. Locks the whole trip read-only, so nothing gets accidentally changed after the fact.
  • One-click directions. Every stop's coordinates chain into a single Google Maps multi-stop route.
  • Export as a PDF, itinerary and packing list together, with an option to exclude prices before sharing it.

02 · Map

Every place you've saved, in one view.

A full map of your saved places, clustered so it stays readable, plus a per-trip view that draws your route.

  • Automatic clustering. Nearby markers group into a single count bubble and break apart as you zoom in.
  • Animated route lines connect a trip's stops in order, so the day's shape is obvious at a glance.
  • Remembers where you left it. Your last position and zoom are saved and restored automatically.
  • Scroll-friendly. Two-finger or Ctrl+scroll to zoom, so an embedded map never hijacks the page.
  • Import your Google Maps saved places in bulk from a Takeout export. Category, address, and photo are filled in automatically for each one.
03 · Packing

Pack once, reuse it every trip.

Bags and items are a personal library, not a one-off list you rebuild each time you travel.

  • Reusable bags and items. Build your "Carry-on" once; bring a different mix of items in it every trip.
  • Weight tracking per item, in kg or lb, with running totals per bag and per trip.
  • Serial numbers on individual items, handy for tracking specific gear like a camera or laptop.
  • Included in your PDF export, so the trip sheet you print or share has the packing list right alongside the itinerary.

Everything else

The smaller things that add up.
